I was watching Tommy Boy a little bit ago, and there was a song on that I learned in Spanish last year. It made me laugh; only because the song is real cheesy, and one of the lines is Eres tú como el agua de mi fuente and is translated to ‘you are the water in my fountain’. Most of the lines in that song are of that nature. We had to recite it to the class, and do hand motions. I have to say, when I did it the first few times, I kept smiling because I wanted to laugh… Hah.
Rockboy and I are fine. He mentioned about a girl… that he wants to start something with. But he doesn’t want to because of his feelings for me. I told him that he should do whatever made him happy, that as long as he was happy I’d be happy. Even if that means he goes out with another girl… no matter how hard it would hurt. I mean, why can’t we see other people if we can’t see each other? Makes perfect sense… But it makes me feel loneliest of lonely. I guess I just have to get over it. As the saying says: Let your love go, and if it’s meant to be, it’ll come back. Or something like that.
He’s coming up here for a concert in October… Maybe I’ll get to see him? That’d be neat.
I went to the Street of Dreams on Friday with my cousins and Aunt. It was pretty neat. Well, the most part. At the beginning we had to walk up this really steep, gravel-covered hill. And what was I wearing? Converse = not very good shoes to walk in gravel with. Yuck. I wish I were more in shape for it too. But oh well.
Today Mom and I went school shopping, which was surprisingly successful. Which is why Target is my favorite store. !!! && Tomorrow I have to go to my cousin Molly’s wedding shower, I kind of don’t want too. One reason: I just end up sitting there with nothing to do except space out or look at feet. Should be thrilling. It’s kind of funny since it’s my cousin’s wedding and all, but I’ve only been really close with my cousin Enew, most likely since we’re closer in age. -shrug-
